Please read our terms and conditions carefully as these are designed to ensure we provide a successful and enjoyable learning environment.
- If you would like to continue after your free trial, you will be asked to commit to one term of lessons. You will automatically be sent an invoice for the next term, but are not obliged to re-enrol
- Missed classes cannot be refunded
- We cannot offer a partial refund for classes once the term has commenced
- If a teacher is absent we do our best to find a deputy. However, if we do have to cancel a class we give as much warning as possible and a full refund for that class is given. Please ensure we have a suitable contact number should this occur
- If a group number falls to 4 pupils or below, there are options that we will offer before having to cancel that class. These are:
- To keep the cost the same, but reduce the class time to 45 minutes instead of one hour
- To keep the class duration to one hour, but to slightly increase the cost of the lessons
- In some cases we may have to raise the cost and reduce to 45 minutes
- If numbers permit, children may be moved to an alternative suitable class
Parents will of course be consulted before any decision is taken. However, the Director's decision is final
- If your child repeatably behaves in an unacceptable manner during classes, we reserve the right to terminate his/her lessons immediately WITHOUT REFUND. However, we will do our level best to talk through and resolve any problems before taking this step
